He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wheeler Moore of Summerville; his children, Michael S. Moore (Inez) of Ridgeville, Amanda Jean Rogers (Rodney) of Ridgeville, Wyan Young (Lonnie) of Summerville and Heather Elizabeth Rogers (David) of Illinois; his grandchildren, Hannah Nicole Rogers, Jessica Elaine Battle (Andre), John R. Tumblin, Jr., Justin K. Tumblin (Macie), Jessica Beck (Phil), Lauren Carey (Tyler), Heather Young, Michael E. Moore and Daniel S. Moore; his great grandchildren, Jesse K. Tumblin, Raisa Autumn Battle, Della Grace Battle, Kensei Beck and Clara "" Carey of Montana; his siblings, Cindy Gibbons (Kenneth) of Walterboro, James Moore (Merilee) of Beaufort, Joseph Moore (Stella) of Scranton and Larry Moore of Ridgeland; and his pet Pepper "Hootie". He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
