She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Herbert and Betty Poland. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Crusan (Andy); her daughters, Hadlee Rae and Madison Leigh; her mother Shari L. McNair; her parents-in-law, Patricia Williams (Steve) and Dan Crusan (Linda); her cousin Jason Tunnell (Michelle Wilson); and her aunts, Debbie Rogers and Lisa Chafin. She is also survived by children/step children and grandchildren.
