He was predeceased by: his parents, Reubin Lowe and Jessie Packett Lowe; his wife Leona Lowe; his daughter Trilla Willett; and his siblings, Paul Lowe, Estillee Lowe, Jennings Bryan, Ralph Lowe, Dallas Lowe, Blanche Lowe Wimbish, Edith Lowe and Cecil Lowe.
He is survived by: his daughter Genia Lowe Marino; his brother Marvin Lowe (Ruth); his grandchildren, Bethany Smith (Scott), Rikkell Crane (Robert), Caleb Willett (Heather) and Julia Willett; and his great grandchildren, Alexa Warlock and Elaina-Marie Simons. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
