He was predeceased by: his parents, James Craven and Estelle Craven; and his sister Betty St Laurent Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Christine Craven (Chris); his sons, Jason Smith (Elizabeth) and Tony Smith (Yanishka); his grandson Ben Smith; his brother Bruce Craven (Patricia); and his aunts, Mae Saulisbury and Myrtle Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews that he loved like his own children and many cousins.
