He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Redelle DuPriest Jr. and Katherine "Lib" Elizabeth Sox DuPriest; and his brother Earl DuPriest III. He is survived by: his children, Peyton Craig DuPriest (Zoë) of Charleston and Morgan Whittemore of Charleston; his close friend Sissy DuPriest of Mount Pleasant; his sister Mollie DuPriest Taylor (Henry) of West Columbia; his half-brother Steve Smith (Sherry) of Hawthorne, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Alicia Dickerson, Beth Branham (Keith), Earl DuPriest IV (Kelly) and Jonathan DuPriest. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
