He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Garrett of Summerville, SC; his siblings, Howard Garrett (Faye) of Jamestown, TN and Maxine Pierce of Cooksville, TN; and his stepchildren, Trisha Stanfield (Shane) of Hudson, FL, Stephanie Frame of Anderson, SC, Falyn Frame of Summerville, SC, Hope Frame of Summerville, SC and Nicole Frame of Greenwood, SC. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
