He is survived by: his wife Kama Bazzle; his children, Stephanie Bazzle, Jenna Pernell (Jason) and William Jackson Bazzle (Bethany); his brothers, Lee Bazzle (Melissia), Brian Bazzle (Tricia) and Tim Bazzle (Amanda); his sister-in-law Laurie Bazzle; and his grandchildren, Olivia Pernell, Kaylee Pernell and Wyatt Seagle.
