He was predeceased by: his brother Philip White (Carol Lee). He is survived by: his children, Debbie Ewers (Herbie), Cathy Holtman (John) and William White (Susan); his grandchildren, Dwayne Ewers, Sr. (Jennifer), Matthew Ewers (Joni), Brandon Hunt (Dalton), Blake Hunt (Tuesday), Mikayla White and Madelyn White; and his close friend Shaun Powell (Jessica).
