Clayton Spradley wrote a sympathy message

“Harvey Hatchett has been a friend since Office of Naval Intelligence days in Jacksonville , Fl., during the 1960s’. Effie was the love of his life and he could never stop talking about the successes of his children. Harvey was a true public servant, and I feel he is continuing his service to our Lord and Savior in heaven. Harvey, thank you for your friendship and the wonderful memories you bestowed upon me. Clayton Spradley”
