He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Levay and Nancy Levay. He is survived by: his wife Frances Levay; his children, Andrew Levay (Christina), Ian Murphy (Colleen) and Paula Bass (James); and his grandchildren, Duncan Levay, Cecilia Graham (Blake), Caroline Murphy, Michael Murphy, Layna Bass, Annika Bass, Quinlyn Bass and Declan Bass.
