It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes Andora Amerson (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wade Jordan and Annie Watford Jordan; her husband James M. Amerson; her son James A. "Andy" Amerson; her great grandchild Caleb Jade Browder; and her siblings, Pee Wee Jordan, Elbert Jordan, Sydney Jordan, Pete Jordan and Louise Branham.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Lynch (Alan), Vicky Price (Jay) and Ricky Amerson (Annette); her grandchildren, Bobbi Hearrell, Anthony Amerson, Nikki Follin, Samantha Amerson, Amber Hayden, Austin Amerson, Swade Amerson and Dalton Amerson; and her brother Francis Jordan. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Eastside Baptist Church, 701 Boulevard Rd., Sumter, SC 29153.
