She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Duke" Brown; and her children, Robert D. Brown and Erica B. Brown. She is survived by: her siblings, Rudine Nelson and David Brogdon; and her grandson Robert Brown, III.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Home (704 Broad St, Camden, SC 29020). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Park (2447 Cains Mill Rd, Sumter, SC 29154).
