She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Pittman Lane and Cora Cain Lane. She is survived by: her husband Gene A. Lewis; her children, Gene A. Lewis Jr. and Pamela Coker (Archie); and her grandchildren, Gena Baker (William), Charlene Lewis, Blakely Lovelace (Alan) and Nicolle Gutierrez (David). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
