She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Derwood "C. D." Collins; and her parents, Leon Clarence Gerald and Mary Lee Benton Gerald. She is survived by: her children, Randy Collins (Beth) of Sumter, Wanda C. Thomas (Davey) of Sumter and Lesa C. Knopf (Marty) of Sumter; and her grandchildren, Trey Thomas, Samantha Sanders (Bobby), Hal Knopf, Kayla K. Boykin and Chance Collins (Chandler). She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
