She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hubbard and Inez Eddington Hubbard; and her siblings, Columbus, Marvin, Blaine, Bill Junior, Bascum, David, Wayne Hubbard, June Lambert, Mae Detty, Opal Sharp, Lula Rose and Joann Hubbard.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Halley; her children, Allen Halley (Tami) of Foster and Ronda Speed (Robert) of Sumter; her granddaughters, Katie Feagin (Brandon), Amelia Halley and Tatum Halley; her great grandchild Beckett Feagin; and her siblings, Hazel Dumm and Gary Dean Hubbard. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and family friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Alabaster Offering at Sumter First Church of the Nazarene in Sumter or Gallipolis.
