She is survived by: her children, William David Smith, Richard Charles Smith, Cynthia Smith and Rebecca S. Bradham (Randall); and her grandchildren, Kyle (Desiree), Garrett, Brandon, Nikki DuBose (Lee), Ryan and Cody Bradham. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
