He is survived by: his wife Carrie Louise Tention of Sumter; his children, Avery Cabbagestalk (Leila) of Tampa, FL, Robert Tention (Cheryl) of Sumter, Tyrone Tention (Constance) of Atlanta, GA and Rosalyn Tention of Sumter; his siblings, Elouise R. Washington (N. J.) of Newark, Dennis Tentyon (Anne) and Billy Tention (Barbara) of Columbia; his nephew Chuck; and his close friends, Johnny Ray, Alex Prescott (Cote) and James Jennings. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
