We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 77, Bruce Robert Barkley Jr. (Sumter, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Robert Barkley, Sr. and Hulda Celestine Kolb Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Barwick Barkley; his children, April Barkley-Connor (Allan) and Bruce Robert Barkley III of Sumter; his grandchildren, Jordan Taylor Barkley, Austin Blake Barkley (Cindel), Johnathon Robert Barkley (Hannah), Cole Connor and Bailey Connor Perinon; and his siblings, Harold Barkley of Sumter, Benjamin Barkley (Paula) of Sumter, Glenn Barkley of Sumter, Hilda Coward (John) of Sumter and Nancy Jones of Sumter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
