She is survived by: her children, Thomas O. Foxworth, Jr. (Teresa) of Dalzell, Ray Foxworth of Dalzell, Chris Foxworth (Mandy) of Dalzell and Jennifer Waynick (Ben) of Camden; her grandchildren, Aubrey Shepard (Dylan), Zachary Foxworth (Caitlyn), Gavin Foxworth (Carrie), Allison Weatherly (Richard), Danni Lynn Waynick, Benjamin Carnell and Sawyer Carnell; her great grandchildren, Harper Foworth, Caden Foxworth and Colton Foxworth; her siblings, Janice Robinson (Tommy), Annette Easterberg (Richard) and Ricky Frost (Tammy); and her son Paul Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
