She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Phillips and Virginia McGrady Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Leigh Fulton of Georgetown; her granddaughter Ryleigh Fulton; and her sister Patricia Ross of Florence. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
