He is survived by: his spouse Cyndi Heriot Baker; his children, Kimberly Baker Harrelson (Rhett) and Carson Baker (Chandler); his grandson Colsen Cecil Baker; his mother-in-law Elaine Heriot McLeod; his sisters-in-law, Melissa Heriot Burke and Barbara Baker; and his pets, Brynlee, Remi, Rylee and Lacey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel (515 Miller Rd, Sumter, SC 29150).
