He is survived by: his wife Bessie Jackson Stone; his son Charles Leon "Chuck" Stone, Jr. of Sumter; his adoptive daughter Andrea Stone of Norfolk, VA; his grandchildren, Andrew Stone (Macye) of Manning, Matthew Stone (Kelly) of New Zion, Amanda Pelfrey (Brad) of Alcolu and Samantha Hodge (Chris) of Sumter; his great grandchildren, Grayson Stone, Hayden Stone, Collins Stone, Eli Stone, Ellie Kate Stone, Brayden Pelfrey and Colten Pelfrey; his niece Ann Waters Parrish; and his great-nephew Riley Parrish of Sumter. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
