He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Lovely, Sr. and Beulah Walker Lovely; his son Charlie Lovely, Jr.; and his siblings, Rosa Lee Green, Essie Lovely Graham, Sammie Bell Lovely, Alex Walker and Manzie Lovely.
He is survived by: his sons, Willie James Loves and Lavern Lovely; his stepchildren, Elsie Marshall, Laura Marshall, Irene Dixon and Herbert Marshall; and his siblings, Laney Lovely and Alonzo Washington (Sylvia). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
