It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence O. Hair Sr. (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cole B. Hair, Sr. and Marie Scott Hair; his daughter Tammy Hair Hopkins; his grandson Patrick Goins; and his brothers, Tommy Hair and C. B. Hair, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Betsy Hair; his sons, Clarence O. Hair, Jr. (Bernadette) of Sumter and John Richard "Ricky" Hair (Julie) of Pinewood; his son-in-law Reggie Hopkins of Sumter; his grandchildren, Val Hair, Matthew Hair (Marquita), Nathan Hair (Ashley) of Clemson, Angelina Hair and Isabella Hair of Sumter; his great grandchildren, Piper Scott Hair, Danielle, Mariah and Cassandra; and his sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth Hair of Sumter.
