With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clinton Jean Jackson (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on July 24, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Clinton Jackson and Imogene Bost Jackson; his wife Patsy Gardner Jackson; his siblings, James M. Jackson and Deborah L. Beard; and his grandson Noah Jackson Benton.
He is survived by: his children, Clinton Rance Jackson (Val), Sheila Jackson Benton (Mike) of Okinawa, Pamela Jackson McDuffie (Oscar) of Sumter and Angela Jackson Rosenmeier (Steve) of Sumter; his sister Brenda Bahel; and his grandchildren, Robert Dean Garrison III (Amanda), Caroline Jane Garrison, Clinton Bethea McDuffie (Meg), Zackary Max Benton, Thomas Gardner Jackson, Caleb Rance Jackson and Ryan Steven Rosenmeier. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alice Drive Baptist Church Children's Playground, 1305 Loring Mill Rd., Sumter, SC 29150.
