He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marshall and Miriam McLeod Marshall; and his siblings, Bobby Ahtonen, Melvin Marshall, Bobby Marshall, Phil Ahtonen, Ikey Ahtonen and Mary Frances Hatfield.

He is survived by: his wife Cindy Snider Marshall; his children, Sheri Euten (Johnny) of Sumter and Danny Richard Marshall, Jr. of Florence; his grandchildren, Galloway and Bailey Euten; and his brother Rev. Charles Ahtonen (Rhonda).

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 950 48th Avenue North, Suite 101, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
