He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fairley and Louise Dubose McInnis; and his wife Barbara Bruce McInnis. He is survived by: his sister Flora McInnis Hobson (Rick); and his children, Shawn McInnis Perkins (Stephen), David McInnis Jr. (Catherine) and Lee McInnis. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (9 W Calhoun St, Sumter, SC 29150).
