David Roach Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Roach (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Earnestine Dawson Roach; and his parents, Irvin Sr. Roach and Elizabeth Logan Roach. He is survived by: his son Brian Morant (Shaneequah); his granddaughters, Sheronicka Morant, Saleemah Morant (Dimarcus) and Soncerae Morant; his great grandchildren, Don, Ivyia Morant, Maliyia Morant, DiMarcus Bell, Jr. and Kaliyiah Morant; his siblings, Annie Bell, Shirley Roach of Sumter, Christine Bridges (Homer) of Columbia, William, John Henry Roach of Sumter and Irvin Roach, Jr. of Columbia; his aunt Wilhelmina Keith of Steelton, PA; and his uncle Joseph Logan of Harrisburg, PA. He is also survived by four sister-in-law; one brother-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, family and friends.

In accordance with the COV19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitations at the home, 2875 Clarkson Road, Dalzell.
