He is survived by: his wife Cindy Jean Rogers Thurman; his children, Nicholas Alan Thurman and Ashley Thurman Page (Henry "Buddy") of Sumter; his brother Jeffrey Endicott (Andrea) of Cottage Hills, IL; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Skylen, MaeLee and Keegan.
