He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Andrew Baldwin and Maggie Pearson Baldwin, Jr.; his daughter Rosemary Blanding; his grandchildren, Corey Washington and Cedric Baldwin; and his siblings, Rosalee Moore, Susan Glover, Elizabeth Williams, Eloise Baldwin and Algie Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Mae Holmes Baldwin; his children, Patricia A. Clark (Charlie) of Summerville, SC, Victor L Baldwin of Sumter, SC and Anthony L Baldwin of Sumter, SC; his sisters, Maggie Williams of Smyyna, DE, Carrie Robinson of Chesapeake Bay, VA, Martha B. Peterson of Sumter, SC and Dorthy B Chatman of Sumter, SC; his aunts, Nell Baldwin of Sumter, SC, Minnie Long of Jacksonville and Catherine Stephens of Charlotte, NC; Mary Choice Baldwin. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren.
