She is survived by: her husband Howard Avins; her daughter Pamela Capell (Craig); her grandchildren, Connor and Madelyn Capell; her siblings, James Reagan (Lorna), Carolyn Fraley, Charles Reagan (Chris), Geraldine Watson and John Reagan (Laurie); and her siblings-in-law, Sammy Avins (Debra), Kathy Mcleod (Floyd) and Gloria Lamb (Jimmy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
