She is survived by: her husband Howard Avins; her daughter Pamela Capell (Craig); her grandchildren, Connor and Madelyn Capell; and her siblings, James Reagan (Lorna), Carolyn Fraley, Charles Reagan (Chris), Geraldine Watson and John Reagan (Laurie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shaw Heights Baptist Church (2030 Peach Orchard Rd, Sumter, SC 29154). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
