It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jean Hicks (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Freddie McLeod Jr. Deborah. She is survived by: her mother Jacqueline Ingram McLeod; her daughter Carolyn "Kari" Horne; her grandsons, Michael Horne and Christopher "Kris" Horne; and her brothers, Larry McLeod (Madeline), Craig McLeod (Tammy), Steve McLeod and Paul McLeod.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Start Community Church of the Nazarene, 4686 J.W. Rhames Rd., Manning, SC 29102.
