He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall W. McLeod and Janie Lee Griffin McLeod; and his siblings, Marion McLeod, Gordon "Gordy" McLeod, Frances McLeod and Lora Lee Osborne.

He is survived by: his brothers, Roland McLeod, Edward McLeod (Sandy), Steve McLeod (Gloria), Albert McLeod (Jean) and Robert McLeod (Cathy).
