She was predeceased by: her husband Robert B. Barnes; and her father Ernest W. Nicks. She is survived by: her mother Laura Davis Nicks; and her siblings, Brenda N. McManus (Don) of Summerville and James Nicks of Columbia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
