She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Horton (Glenn) and Will Copeland (Michell); her siblings, Mary Berndt, Helen Gividen, Larry Ellis (Kay), Al Gividen, Paul Gividen (Sheila) and Tom Gividen; her grandchildren, David Daughrity (Josh Green), Stacey Gregory (Josh), Stephanie Hrisko (Bill) and Garrett Horton; her great grandchildren, Ella Kate, Banks and Brynn Gregory; and her nieces and nephews, Cheryl Combs (Mike), Angela Thrasher (David), Mark Berndt Jr., David Berndt (Alyson), Matthew Berndt and Ryan Berndt.
