He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Edward Qualtrough, Sr. and Sarah Adeline Blum Qualtrough. He is survived by: his wife Kathy L. Bohn Qualtrough; his children, Lynn A. Broxmeyer (Kirby), Heather L. Krieger (Bryan) and Harry "Trey" E. Qualtrough III; his granddaughter Cordelia L. Broxmeyer; his sisters, Sarah Eckhause (Morty) and Susan Lyons; his cousin Mary Alice Carmody; and his close friend Alfred Gusew (Jack).
