She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Cook; her parents, Thomas E. Ammons and Mary Evans Ammons; her daughter Betty Louise Cook McClintock; and her siblings, Thomas E. Ammons, Jr., Gussie Carter and Eula Ammons Scott.

She is survived by: her son Robert E. Cook of Sumter; her sister Thelma Ammons Baker of Bishopville; her grandchildren, Robert E. Cook (Christy), Kim Cotton (John), Chris Geddings (Sami) and Lee Geddings (Cindy); and her sisters-in-law, Miriam Cook (Charles) and Betty Cook.

Memorials may be made to First Church of the Nazarene, 3700 Patriot Parkway, Sumter, SC 29154.
