He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O. Foxworth, Sr. and Carolyn Patricia Bowers Foxworth. He is survived by: his children, Zachary Foxworth (Caitlyn) and Allison Weatherly (Richard); his granddaughter Harper Foxworth; and his siblings, Thomas O. Foxworth, Jr. (Teresa), Chris Foxworth (Mandy) and Jennifer Waynick (Ben).
