He is survived by: his wife Loris Ann Wells-Gallishaw; his children, Charlene Gallishaw Thomas (Dontreal) of Charlotte, NC, Renee Gallishaw (Jermaine) of Charlotte, NC and Cedric Morrison of Camden; his stepsons, Quentes Wells of Statesburg, GA, Harvis Wells of Houston, TX and Jonathan McGee (Chaunta) of Sumter; his stepgrandson David Caldwell of Florence; his siblings, Bernice Ray (James) of Sumter, Bernice Anderson of Sumter, Estelle Weston (Isaac) of Sumter, Shirley Blanding of Sumter, Gloria James (Matthew) of Sumter, Evelyn Gaines (Clarence) of Sumter, Ernestine Tention (James) of Augusta, GA, Mack Gallishaw Jr. of Sumter, Herbert Gallishaw of Sumter, Edward Gallishaw of Sumter, Robert Gallishaw (Wanda) of Sumter, Edward Blanding (Vanessa) of Sumter, Samuel Blanding (Dorothy) of Sumter, Willie James Blanding of Sumter, Elrvin Gallishaw (Felicia) of Bronx, NY, Leroy Blanding of Newark, NJ and Matthew Blanding (Tracey) of Columbia; his siblings-in-law, James Wells, Johnny Wells (Daisey) of Sumter, Carolyn Wells, Emily Scott (Frankie), Cathy Wells and Linda Wells of Sumter; his goddaughter Tykia Scott of Sumter; and his niece Helen Vaughn of Tampa, FLA. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
In accordance with COVID 19 guidelines, the family is requesting face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during all visitations at the home, 2390 Little Baby Lane, Sumter.
