She was predeceased by: her parents, Haskel1 Cook and Ella Albert Cook; her sister Mamie Cook; and her uncles, George Cook, Albert and Earnest Albert.
She is survived by: her children, Georgia Cook of Sumter, Flossie Johnson (Ernest) of Bishopville and Jesse Joe (Wanda) of Dalzell; her nephew John Joe; her cousins, Mary Ruth Cook and Ruth Nedd; and her close friend Viola Moses. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitations from 1:00 – 8:00 p. m. at the home, 1015 Porter Street, Sumter.
