Welch, Sr. of Sumter and Virginia Welch of Sumter; her sister Gladys Bell of Sumter; and her grandsons, William Sandifer, Ian Sandifer, Chase Farran, Robert Harris, Allen Harris and Christopher Foster. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; twelve great-great grandchildren.
