Frances Brockington Ward Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Brockington Ward (Sumter, South Carolina), who passed away on April 6, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hamlin Brockington and Susan Euleitta White Brockington; and her sister Dorothy Jean Brockington Heath. She is survived by: her daughters, Patsy Hatcher Rogerson (Tommy) of Sumter and Pam Hatcher Still (John) of Greenwood; her close friends, Elaine and Mike Mixon; her brothers-in-law, O. B. Heath of Columbia and Jack May of Tom's River, NJ; her stepchildren, Nina Ward Clark (Roy) of Wendell, NC, Kathryne Ward Gillespie of Lewisburg, WV, Bill Ward (Tasha) of Roxboro, NC and Rebecca Ward Reynolds (Larry) of Carbon Hill, AL.; and her caregivers, Samantha, Martha, Kathreine, Lorraine and Irene of Quality Private. She is also survived by four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
