He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulysses Stewart June, Sr. and Ryntha Broadway June; his wife Clara; his great grandchild Savannah Valen Shirley; and his siblings, Tom June of Ulysses, Clyde June, Myrtle Smith, Gladys Johnston and Doris Lewis.

He is survived by: his daughter Marlene Geddings of Manning; his grandchildren, Dwayne Geddings (Kelly) of Sumter, Audrey Ford (Karl) of Manning, Paula Thynes (Chris) of Wedgefield and Brian Geddings (Lori) of Statham, GA; his great grandchildren, Geordan Geddings (Joanna) of Cypress, TX, Kolby Geddings of Sumter, Timmy Reeley of Sumter, Jacob Thynes of Wedgefield, Andrea Ward (Peyton) of Sumter, Dalton Shirley of Manning, Madison Shirley of Columbia, Caedman Geddings of Statham, GA and Helen Geddings of Statham, GA; and his great great grandchildren, Bayli, Allison, Kylie and Therese.

He attended First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Sumter until COVID-19, then faithfully watched church services in his home until his passing.
