He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rembert, Sr. and Rebecca Brailsford Rembert. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his children, George Derrick Rembert of Dalzell and Sonja Rembert of Charlotte, NC; his niece Rachel Wilson (Jack) of St. Matthews; his grandchildren, Dante Linder, Dh'Estin Rembert, Kayla Wilson and Jack A. Wilson of St. Matthews; his siblings, Mary Rembert of Orangeburg, Ashby Rembert of Sumter and James Rembert (Kitty) of Bronx, NY; his siblings-in-law, Ernestine Pringle (Lucious) of Sumter, James Jackson (Thomasina) and Robert Lee Jackson (Maxine) of Sumter; and his close friends, Louise Moore, Charlie Bradley and James Richardson (Tena). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting that face masks and social distancing be observed by relatives and friends during visitation from 2:00 – 6:00 p. m. at the home, 3025 Frierson Road, Dalzell.
