He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Welsh; his mother Christine Watson Welsh; his sons, Jared Steven Welsh (Heather) and Taylor Evan Welsh (Brittany); his grandchildren, Alyssa O. McKenzie (J. J.), Quinn M. Welsh, Lily Marie Welsh, Gracen I. Welsh and Westlyn E. Welsh; his great grandchild Oliver J. McKenzie; and his siblings, Karen W. Newbould (Scott), Bryan W. Welsh (LaWanda) and Pam W. Hord (Rodney). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nephews, and sisters and brothers-in-law.
