He is survived by: his children, Eric Gaines of Somerset and Alice V. Gaines of Millerville, Maryland; his wife Hazel Sneed; his close friend Hazel Sneed; his child N. J.; and his siblings, Olivette Moore of Sumter, A. D. Moore of Columbia and Edward Gaines of Ontario, California. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
