He was predeceased by: his parents, Heyward Nathaniel Benenhaley and Stella Miller Benenhaley; his granddaughter Ashley Reynolds; and his siblings, Wayne Benenhaley and Geraldine Kauses.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Rainwater Benenhaley; his children, Cindy Payseur (Kevin) of Belmont, NC and Perry Benenhaley, Jr. (Ellie) of Sumter; and his siblings, Randy Benenhaley of Sumter, Janie Wallace (Robert) of Lexington, Sybil Gibbs (Robert) of Sumter and Cherie Mitchum (Mike) of Sumter. He is also survived by three grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
