He was predeceased by: his parents, Hydrick Wayne Ardis, Sr. and Buena Muriel Everhart Ardis; and his son Kevin Ardis. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Ardis, Tammy Anderson (Joey) and Jay Bradley (Sherry); and his sisters, Pattie Thornhill (Donnie), Brenda Green and Karen Rich (Lee). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
