We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2022, at the age of 81, James Timothy Gaymon (Sumter, South Carolina), born in Florence, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie J. Gaymon and Alma Hatchell Gaymon. He is survived by: his wife Jo Fiddler Gaymon; his children, Hugh Gaymon (Susan) of Sumter, Tica Bollinger of Charleston, Shane Gaymon (Ginna) of Sumter, Tasha Acosta (Rudy) of Japan and Christopher Gaymon (Veronica) of Sumter; his stepsons, John Janes (Carro) of Anchorage and Jay Janes of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Laurin G. Lee (Tripper), Timothy Gaymon (Anna), Wells Gaymon, Shane Gaymon, Jr., Bailey Gaymon, Lane Bollinger, Kalina Acosta and Olin Gaymon; his great grandchildren, Lainey Lee and Cooper Lee; and his siblings, Harry L. Gaymon of Sumter and Claudette G. Jackson of Sumter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
