“It was an honor and a pleasure meeting Master Sergeant James Lynwood Waters, USAF, RETIRED. In the short amount of time that I spent with him he claimed a space in my heart. I will never forget him. I had the honor to work with his daughter, Jamie. He was so proud of her and his granddaughter, Ashley. When I asked him what his AFSC was he replied EOD. He told me that it was either instant success or failure. Apparently he was a successful explosive’s Airman. Rest easy Master Sergeant Waters.”
